Job Description:


Must have a current secret clearance
Highly motivated, detail oriented candidate will be responsible for day-to-day contract administration and support activities of a major CPFF IDIQ type contract with the United States Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM). Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modification, negotiation and termination. Interfaces with customer representatives and technical staff members as required. Monitors company performance for conforming to original proposal and maintains continual review to ensure all terms and conditions are met in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and governmnent regulations. 
 

Education:


Bachelor's in Business Administration (or related field) and 4+ years of experience in contracting and pricing. Ability to develop contractual terms and conditions and negotiate and administer contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, customer requirements and sound business judgment. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Position requires the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, under time constraints and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently. Must have strong PC skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications. Knowledge and familiarity with FAR/DFARS.
