Customer Account Manager

Education

High School Education required.
A & P or specific training education preferred.
University degree in business, aeronautics, or related field preferred; FAA licensed pilot preferred.
MBA is desirable.


QualificationsThe candidate must have demonstrated superior leadership and communication skills, sales experience, personal initiative, results oriented approach and success in an ambiguous work environment.
Must have a minimum of 5 years Program/Sales Management experience. Previous experience in OEM Programs.
Self starter with confidence in knowledge of all aspects of the aviation industry.

Secondary Skills:
Negotiation experience in both program sales and manufacturing purchasing is desirable.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. A second language is a plus.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


 

Primary ResponsibilitiesAccount Management of large fleet customers. In this role the responsible person will manage the daily activities between Eclipse and its fleet customers. The focus will be to:
Provide leadership in resolving commercial/financial/support/technical issues.
This person represents the customer in Eclipse discussions and ensures decisions are taken with full appreciation of the customers? perspective.
Establish plans within cross functional organizations for problem resolution while communicating to internal management in a timely and effective manner.
Assist Eclipse with aligning our long-term aircraft sales and support strategies with the needs of the fleet industry goals, technologies and customer desires.
