Customer Service Rep - Aircraft experience required

Experienced customer representative needed for a busy 145 repair station in the Mid-West.  This is a full-time position with room for growth. If you meet the experience qualifications and requirements below, you are encouraged to apply immediately. 

 

The customer service rep will : Provide constant review and update of work scope progress and cost to customer Communicate to the customer both known, and possible trouble spots that are uncovered and to what degree (if any) it will have on cost and current schedule Maintain work flow of project by obtaining squawk approval from the customer on a timely basis Communicate to the Program Manager, crew chief and/or the department supervisor/manager the concerns of the customer Facilitate enforcement of payment terms and conditions Work closely with Sales, Production and management to insure that both the customer and Company objectives are satisfied

 

Additionally, the customer service rep should have experience with the following: Work orders, discrepancy documentation, parts pricing and invoicing systems Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Power PointExcellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written) Effectively work with multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of professionalism when dealing with co-workers, department supervisors/managers and the customer Significant flexibility in work hours (evening and weekends) is required
