  Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Engineering or related discipline minimum. 

 

  Lead and direct short and long term plans and actions to accelerate

growth and insure effective, efficient and profitable operations.

 

Drive plans and actions to elevate and sustain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

Implement operational, logistic and administrative processes, procedures and polices necessary to sustain best practices, create an entrepreneurial mindset and sustain a relentless drumbeat for excellence. 

 

Research and develop new market opportunities.

 

Conduct competitive analysis. 

 

Develop sales forecast and related marketing plans. 

 

Collaborate with procurement and entities within the ISC group to manage inventory, evaluate suppliers and negotiate agreements that maximize value, price and performance.

 

Maximize value and effectiveness of  the distribution channel workflows. Manage profit and loss consistent with the AOP and related financial constraints and guidelines. 

 

Direct the development of operating and capital budgets.  Meet or exceed all performance metrics.

 

Promote staff development, encourage career growth and personal learning, mentor and coach team members.

 

 Major Challenges:

   Develop and implement a strategy to establish HRT as a

   service provider in the marketplace, and double the business in 5 years.

 

Align organizational structure with long term objectives, talent capabilities and competitive imperatives. 

 

Develop a fast-paced, high-performance culture that will embrace and thrive on change.

 

Critical review and assessment of processes, procedures and practices to determine effectiveness and impact on our customers.

 

  Minimum 12 years experience in product support/after-market sales preferably in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment, 5 years of which must have been in a managerial capacity.  Must know the dynamics of the military aircraft and small helicopter market; must have managed a P&L.

 

  Must be a seasoned and mature professional able to manage human capital and resources to minimize cost, enhance efficiency, maximize profit and drive the attainment of HRT goals and objectives.  The Director must possess strong leadership skills, high energy and drive.  He or she must provide the vision and leadership to build a high performing team capable of sustained excellence in Product Support.
