This organization is seeking a decisive,solutions driven, revenue focused Director of Manufacturing, with a stellar manufacturing career to report directly to their president.  There are excellent opportunities for growth and promotion across divisions.  

 

The Director of Manufacturing needs to be a proven leader with a record of driving manufacturing efforts in the Interconnect Products/Components Industry.Military or Commercial expertise a plus. You will lead design efforts - Backshell design knowledge is a must. 

 

Key Responsibilities:
Train, lead, and support direct reporting associates
Lead improvements for overall processes, emphasizing tooling and quality.
Budgeting the department functional areas to support activities and future growth objectives.
