ELECTRONICS/ ELECTRICAL LAB TECHNICIAN

 

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

Provide technical support to Engineering on a variety of

computer/electronic related devices.  Duties include troubleshooting,

repairing, and validation of test benches/Cabs.  Testing to card,

component level (analog/digital) using a variety of computer diagnostics

and test equipment. Write test and validation procedures.  This job

requires Familiarity with VME type architecture, PC, and flight

simulator systems such as Visuals, Control Loading, and Motion Systems.

Must have a good working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows operation

systems and Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, and Power Point).

Persons seeking this position must be motivated, a self-starter and be

able to work alone or in groups. 

 

JOB SKILLS:

 

Prefer an associate's technical degree or equivalent

technical school training, with 5 to 8 years' relevant experience, or 6

to 10 years' related experience in laboratory and/or Environment;

 

Duration: 08/14/2006 THRU 08/14/2007

 

Salary: 23.00 $/Hour
