Description of Work:
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and Authors to facilitate the development of organizational and project processes to support GDAMS within an Integrated Product Team environment.
Review and approve processes developed by Subject Matter Experts and Authors.
Facilitate Process Review meetings.
Review and disposition Process Problem Reports.
Control changes per approved process improvements.
Update process-related data structures as necessary.
Facilitate process metrics development.
Conduct/facilitate process awareness training.
Maintain process artifact index and process architecture.
Participate in process audits.
Provide assistance to Program and Project Managers in tailoring organizational processes.
Support GDAMS SW-CMM, Six Sigma and CMMI efforts.


Job Requirements:
Knowledge of or exposure to ISO Q9001:2000, or SW-SMM, and/or CMMI.
Ability to interact effectively with workers and various levels of management.
Competence in Microsoft Office tool suite.
Ability to travel to off-site locations as required.
Good verbal and written communications abilities.
Prior experience in process engineering/improvement or related field is preferred.
Bachelor's level or higher degrees are preferred, but experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
