JOB CLASSIFICATION: Engineering Manpower Scheduler

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: 4-year degree in Business, Mathematics or related field with at least one year of related experience. Ability to analyze data, summarize trends, and engage IPT leaders. Ability to work with IPT/CAM/Core Group leaders to resolve forecasting inconsistencies. Ability to develop, track, and implement Engineering Manpower staffing requirements based on program schedules, assigned budgets, and manpower forecasting for Engineering. Excellent verbal and non-verbal skills and ability to communicate to all levels of management. Strong PC and presentation skills.

Preferred: 3-5 years of related experience with a working knowledge of EVMS and SAP. Knowledge and understanding of the engineering process and the interrelationship between functional disciplines.
