Evolutionary Delivery Integration and Test Lead

Description: You will lead all integration and test planning, and supervise several surge engineers from a sister organization to deliver knowledge management and corporate memory solutions for customers preferring weekly, evolutionary delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
o Establishing integration and testing approaches systems developed to deliver quantified requirements using competitive engineering techniques.
o Serving as a representative in customer technical interchange meetings in the pursuit of streamlined delivery processes.
o Directing system level testing.
o Exercising independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and error evaluation criteria.
o Solving systems issues from customer feedback to improve quality and maintain weekly Evo deliveries.
Ideally, you will have the ability to influence the project, customer organization and GD about the adoption of improved processes. To qualify you must have an understanding of program elements such as quantified requirements, Configuration Control Boards, systems integration, impact estimation tables, Test Planning and performance measurments. This requires a background in both the technical and program aspects of rapid delivery of stakeholder benefits, an understanding of its development processes and of vanguard system engineering practices.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years directly related experience is required. Equivalent years of directly related experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirements.

Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Experience establishing integration and testing approaches systems developed to deliver quantified requirements using competitive engineering techniques.
Experience serving as a representative in customer technical interchange meetings. Experience directing system level testing.
