Export Compliance and Contracts Administrator/Supervisor

Talla-Com Industries, a Tallahassee, FL based manufacturer of military technologies, has an immediate opening for an experienced export compliance professional with solid contracts experience. This position will primarily oversee our compliance program for Import/Export related issues and assist with contracts related matters.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in international licensing regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) and the Export Arms Regulations (EAR) regulations. Additionally, experience with DoD, commercial contracts, FAR and DFARS is preferred.

A bachelors degree is required.

Mandatory requirements:
? Extensive experience with ITAR and EAR.
? Knowledgeable in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
? Must have experience submitting for licenses with Department of State and/or Department of Commerce and respond to any questions related to submitted licenses
? Must possess ability to work within deadlines
? Must be willing to work with various other functional organizations including Finance, Program Management, and Purchasing
? Experience in identifying and mitigating risk factors in compliance and contracts
? Must work well within a team environment
? Must be a US citizen
