FSS AP Processor Admin

Job Description -     Accurately process invoices according to AP practices and procedures to ensure timely payment to suppliers.

 

Process non-PO invoices, understands backup and approval requirements.

 

Process PO invoices, understand matching and approval requirements.

 

Escalate issues/discrepancies to AP Inquires/Research staff or AP Team Lead for resolution.

 

Record wire payments in the AP system.

 

Process inter-company transactions. 

 

Education -

 

Minimum - High School Graduate or equivalent 

 

Experience -

 

Ability to learn and understand how to use systems/software for processing. 

 

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

 

Attention to Detail. 

 

Ability to follow established AP processes and procedures to ensure company compliance.

 

Proficient keying skills.

 

Ability to perform at expected metric levels on a consistent basis with a high level of accuracy.

 

Prior AP experience in a large (multi-billion dollar) company environment. 

 

Additional Information - 

 

This position is in Corporate Finance Shared Services.  Available to work from 9am to 6pm.
