Flight Operations Coordinator

SUMMARY: 

Responsible for the provision of operational support to our client aircraft to include all aspects of flight planning.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Establishes flight plans.Handle ATC Filings.Comprehend and articulate weather and NOTAM briefingsDevelop and follow through with ground handling arrangementsCreate and arrange hotel accommodations.Arrange crew and passenger transportation and flight bookingsEstablish over-flight and landing clearancesPrepares and negotiates customs and immigration servicesCreate out of hours fuel arrangements and charter enquiries

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Secondary language a plus.Ex-military or ICAO ATC experience and dispatch experience a plusAbility to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities with limited resources.2 years of college degree preferred, or training/experience equivalent desiredMust be a team player with good communication skills, both oral and written.Must be able to work a flexible schedule to fill a 24/7 obligation.Excellent organizational skills are necessaryMust have a working knowledge of Jeppesen Flight Planning Software through training
