HR Coordinator

Rolls-Royce is pleased to announce an opening for a HR Coordinator in our Reston, VA facility.

The successful candidate will:
Provides HR support in the functional area of Human Resources and helps to maintain and improve HR administration process as necessary. Process of employee benefits and administration data entry, answer employee inquiries and helps to investigate employee benefit questions/issues. Provides administrative support to new hires and terminations. Provides support to recruiters and managers for temporary support or recruiting efforts. Coordinates and prepares with recruiting center offer letters, new hire packets and other correspondence related to job acceptance. Processes new hire paperwork, HRIS entry and data collection of new hire information. Updates and maintain HRIS CostPoint System as well as all employee records. Provides payroll support including maintaining or updating information as required. Coordinates employee service awards, Employee programs and any specialized notifications that may be required to ensure compliance or other employee communications. Coordinates company activities committee and is an active member on company sponsored events. Reviews and updates all DS&S forms, manuals, and collateral materials for publication or internal website release. Helps in developing training materials within HR to assist manager on areas of Compensation, Performance Management, Career Development and various other programs. Provides HR Administrative Support to Vice-President of HR in preparation of executive material for DS&S Board, Leadership Team or Company Committees which may need HR administration support. May be asked to assist in preparing and mailing of internal employee communications with regard to compensation, benefits, or company policies. Generate and schedule meeting notices and programs as required. Other duties as assigned.

Position requirements include:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A college degree is desired. PHR certification highly desired. A minimum of 3 years experience in high capacity administration support desired. HR administration skills and knowledge is highly desirable. Deltek Costpoint also desired for this position. Position requires strong written, oral communication, technical and customer service skills. High level experience and use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
