Integrated Product Team Support Staff – Air Vehicle

The Integrated Product Team Support Staff ? Air Vehicle will be responsible for supporting the IPT Lead in the daily management activities necessary to execute the VH-71 program effectively and efficiently. 

Responsibilities

 

These duties include the development and collection of information used in IPT metrics, preparing the initial drafts of the IPT?s weekly activity reports, the preparation of Program Manager?s Meeting (PMM) briefing materials, the preparation of the monthly IPT input to the VH-71 Program Management Report, and assist the IPT Lead with all ad hoc reporting requirements.  The incumbent would also be expected to assist with the IPT?s Earned Value Measurement System data processing.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

? BA/BS in appropriate discipline

? Ten years (10) experience in support of major projects

? Expert proficiency in all MS Office applications

? Ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers within the US and overseas

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Desired Skills

 

? Graduate degree preferred

? Knowledge of EVMS in conjunction with financial analysis

? Experience in a DOD environment

? Ability to work to deadlines

? Broad business and program management knowledge

 

Special Considerations:

 

? Must be available and willing to travel to Lockheed Martin, the US Navy, and major subcontractor sites..

 

Security Clearance:

? Applicants selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified material. U.S. citizenship is required.
