Inventory/Stockroom Supervisor

Job Description We are currently seeking an Inventory/Stockroom Supervisor to work with a company specializing in the manufacturing of mobile environmental control systems on 1st shift.  This is a long-term position with the possibility of going direct depending on attendance, quality of work, and ability to work with others.  Will be responsible for general warehousing, shipping/receiving, materials handling, and cycle counting.  Will schedule domestic and international shipments and prepare records for outbound carriers.  Will analyze and report on shipping/receiving objectives.  Will oversee order selecting/pulling to ensure accuracy.  Will work with managers to plan amounts of raw materials needed for production, adjusting existing inventory as needed.  Will also coordinate and manage daily physical cycle counts while managing and training the inventory team. Must have previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment.  Must be able to manage and direct with a "hands-on" and detail oriented style.  Must have computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and a working knowledge of MRP systems.
