Lead Specialist-Administration

Description: o Support Director & Deputy Director OSL on any/all ad hoc taskings, projects, requests
o Assists/facilitates preparation and handling of all OSL correspondence
o Assists/facilitates briefings, presentations, management reviews and meetings
o Administers OSL Action Item Tracking System
o Project Management:
- Develop project scope and overview brief
- Gathering/identify project requirements,
- Develop schedule and define timelines
- Develop and propose project budget
- Identify and select required resources
- Track and report project status to conclusion
- Perform project closeout
o Manage multiple projects at the same time
o OSL Training Coordinator Role:
- Track COTR qualification, certification, and course completions
- Update ACE database monthly
- Prepare training accomplishments/action/ongoing initiatives for senior
- management meetings/briefings
- Maintain changes to weekly staff meeting slide(s) as required
- Assist OSL personnel with course registration issues
- Coordinate sponsoring of external course
o Must be able to take ownership, define schedules and have excellent time management skills
o Proficient in the performance of requirements analysis and work flow mapping
o Experience in a training environment. Ideal candidate must have a proven record of developing training programs
o Demonstrate ability to manage and develop solutions in a fast paced, multi faceted environment
o Proven ability to effectively interface with senior management, as well as employees at all levels
o Minimal travel required
o Proficient database management
o Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications

Qualifications:
Min 9 years with Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional work experience
