Description: Takes leadership of technical/administrative projects and tasks. Plans, schedules, documents, reports, tracks progress of and provides status accounting and technical management of projects to ensure work scope, schedules and budgets are defined and maintained. May manage small programs/proposals. Participates in support activities that impact the proposal, design and manufacture of systems, products or programs. Analyzes and coordinates technical data or the establishment of procedures and schedules. May be subject-matter expert on specific aspects of the program. Gather and document IT/IS requirements; assesss impact to existing infrastructure and recommend enhancements. Analyize, review, and evaluate strategic IT/IS capabilities to support launch communications and business operations. Understand and apply project management principles.

Qualifications:
- Min 9 years with Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Minimum of seven years working experience with the Office of Space Launch.
- Minimum of two years working experience administering a collaborative database.

Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.
