MRB Engineer

- MRB Engineer Job summary:  Design, analyze, and disposition a repair/solution for nonconformances in a timely manner to restore B/P design integrity, ensure aircraft reliability and serviceability, and maintain certification requirements.
 Adhere to company MRB and QA procedures.
 Interact with inspectors, shop mechanics, other engineering disciplines, and management as required.
 Answer blueprint interpretation questions and provide general engineering assistance to mechanics and inspectors as required

Education / Experience Required :
 Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
 Minimum of seven (7) years dedicated MRB/Liaison Engineering experience at a recognized airframe manufacturer.
 Experience should be primarily with fabrication and repair of pressurized and non-pressurized, metallic and non-metallic assemblies.
 Capability to rapidly design repairs based on equivalent strength/stiffness of surrounding structure while in a schedule-driven environment.
 Strong written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Must be computer literate.
