Manager, Export Administration & Compliance

Responsible for managing the West Coast Export/Import Management departments and personnel.  Provide leadership and management direction to consistently comply with US Export/Import Regulations and Corporate/Sector Policies and Procedures.  Provide advice, guidance and training to Export Licensing Representatives, ensuring they receive the proper training and support.  Develop sound business solutions that are compliant with government export/import laws and regulations and the Sector-wide policies and procedures.  Provide advice and guidance to the business segments and functional departments; interface with Sector Director, Export/Import Management, Corporate Export Management and the State Department.  A working knowledge of US Export/Import Regulations (EAR/ITAR) required.  Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts, Finance or Legal required; advanced degree preferred.  Minimum of 8 years directly related experience also required.  Must possess, or be able to obtain, a government granted security clearance.
