Manufacturing Planner - Structures M.E
JOB DUTIES: Works with engineering and customers to develop
engineering design concepts and work statements that support production
requirements. Prepares, revises, and coordinates manufacturing and
tooling plans. Ensures compliance with contractual, operational, and
regulatory requirements. Organizes, prioritizes, schedules, and assigns
planning work packages; checks daily work progress against schedules.
JOB SKILLS: this project requires to have had experience using capp,
capp2, or HMS CAPP. Knowledge of root cause analysis (i.e., investigate
to determine causes of non-conformances), corrective action (i.e.,
identify/recommend actions to correct causes of non-conformances), and
preventive action processes (i.e., identify/recommend actions to prevent
non-conformances from occurring). Apply knowledge of supply chain
manufacturing processes and materials to develop manufacturing sequences
that build, assemble, integrate, and test complex hardware systems
(e.g., avionics, hydraulic, fuel, payloads, propulsion,
electrical/electronics, structures). The ability to attend to and
verify the accuracy and completeness of detailed information. This also
includes the ability to identify missing or inconsistent information or
data.
