Mass Properties Engineer - Crew Exploration Vehicle

On our Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) team you will be responsible for executing the mass properties effort required to develop NASA's Crew Exploration Vehicle. This position requires an understanding of space vehicles, conceptual and preliminary weight estimating, subsystems analysis, and mass properties reporting at the system level.

The candidate will be required to integrate the design/subcontractor mass properties effort, provide accurate, timely mass properties assessments, and serve as a Mass Properties contact with the NASA customer. Proficiency in CATIA, Office, and database applications required. BS in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 14 years of experience required. Secret clearance preferred. Position contingent on award of CEV Phase 2 contract.

US citizenship is required. Candidates will be expected to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret Level.
