Job Description:

Must have a current Secret Clearance
Analyze the structure, capabilities, tactics and vulnerabilities of forces in support of joint experimentation war games, exercises and studies. Demonstrated experience in military and national level intelligence. Organizes material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness style, and terminology. Reviews published materials and recommends revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding. Responsible for managing, coordinating, and incorporating changes to preliminary drafts and final documents as requested by the Government.


 

Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in research or business related field.


Required Skills:
Must have a current Secret Clearance

Demonstrated ability and experience (minimum 10 years) developing/authoring Technical Assessments and resulting reports. Demonstrated ability to produce complex written products for Senior Management review and concurrence. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic DoD and military operations recommendations and present to higher echelon commands. Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully defend technical program assumptions and baseline program/project recommendations. Demonstrated ability to professionally interface, produce documentation for, provide presentations and speak with authority to senior management and other DOD personnel and organizations. Demonstrated ability to perform investigative research to integrate current and projected related efforts into a cohesive and comprehensive analysis report



Desired Skills:


Knowledge of service/joint doctrine. Experience in Joint staff, military planning and exercises.
