Office Administrator

Description:
Manage RSS Group Office and provide administrative support for the group. Duties: Prepare purchase requisitions and handle credit card purchases. Perform general office duties: prepare letters and reports, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, maintain Group calendar, purchase supplies. Assemble reports including financial information on selected tasks. Organize and maintain Group files. Assist in the preparation of briefing materials, presentations and publications.

Qualifications:
Required: Minimum of 7 years of administrative work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively handle varying workloads. Ability to work well with diverse staff. Demonstrated proficiency in using PCs, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Desired: Familiarity with APL operations and procedures.
