PROGRAM MANAGER

Job Description:Responsibilities include directing and managing activities concerned with engineering and/or manufacturing programs. Responsible for customer satisfaction, business growth, product line development, and development and production programs execution. Support proposal process and secure new business.

Job Requirements: (Be very specific)

Requires proactive planning and management to ensure that cost and schedule objectives are met; implement corrective actions to achieve margins

Experience/Education Required:

Bachelor?s Degree (preferably in technical field, with RF experience highly desirable). Ten years experience, five of which must have been in a leadership position. Program management, business development, or functional engineering discipline, with a proven track record in achieving objectives. Familiarity with budgets/accounting principles, including those related to U. S. government projects. Experience with cost control and earned value is a plus. Skills with MS Office including MS Project is required.
