Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of Production Planning experience.
Demonstrated expertise in the following functional disciplines:
MRP ? Material Requirements Planning
Safety Stock strategy, planning and metrics
Processes to maintain master data accuracy
Kanban cycle sizing analysis, replenishment methodologies and system configuration
Master Production Scheduling
Creation, release, closure of production orders
Program Management for continuous process improvement
SAP experience with all above functional disciplines
Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist Eclipse Aviation in managing planning operations. Contribute to the profitability of Eclipse Aviation by ensuring planning processes fully support Eclipse manufacturing and procurement activities. Monitor macro level reports to determine health of the planning system, performance against inventory goals, and gaps in tactical production scheduling that need to be corrected. Partner with manufacturing, procurement, production control and customer support to ensure master data settings are continually optimized.
