Practice Manager-- MD with ACTIVE TS/SCI

NSG is Oracle Corporation"s Consulting organization dedicated to the Intelligence and Space Communities. NSG is within the Federal Division, part of Oracle Service Industries, based in Reston, Virginia.



APG is seeking a Practice Manager



RESPONSIBILITIES

-Responsible for managing National Intelligence accounts.

-Develop client relationships, ensuring adequacy of infrastructure, and personnel assignments.

-Provide direction to Managing Principals and Consultants.

-Interact with, and make presentations to client management at the appropriate levels.

-Integrate new consultants at all levels into the practice.

-Ensure client standard rules of engagement are followed and revenue quality is maintained.

-Manage cost center expenses at the local level.

-Oversee large-scale project implementations.

-Prepare and/or review project proposals.

-Manage staff to successfully analyze, design, develop, and implement complex ORACLE projects.

-Ensure technical training/support and knowledge is transferred to client support staff.

-Develop and mentor staff.

-Possess a working knowledge of relevant Oracle and third-party technology and a strong understanding of the information technology industry.


QUALIFICATIONS

-BA/BS or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience.

-Significant (typically 6+ years) management experience in the following areas: delegation, team development, personnel development, and performance management.

-Demonstrated P&L management success, closing large body deals, growing consulting orgs, hiring and retaining consulting personnel.

-Experience with management of large bid and contract processes.

-Experience managing projects with diverse teams, including members from clients and subcontractors.

-TS/SCI or current
