Predator Crew Chief
Description: Acts as liason between/lead operating command and production contractors/subcontractors, synthesizes and refines field identified operational needs and translates them into clearly defined contractual requirements. Oversees production, test, delivery and logistics support for Predator aircraft at flight test facility. Provides quality control for aircraft maintenance manuals to ensure accuracy and they meet the users needs. Translates operating command requirements for the aircraft fleet into technical system specifications. Manages platform standardization of design and system development for equipment on the aircraft. Leads installation/checkout of urgent equipment for worldwide operations. Ensures cofiguration control of aircraft ensuring drawings and manuals reflect latest configuration. Manages the aircraft Periodic Depot Maintenance (PDM) program ensuring inspections are being completed. Provides analysis and proposes reliability and maintainability mission improvements. Supports technical evaluations of contractor proposals, verifying content, identify potential errors in work and cost estimates.
Qualifications:
Min 6 years with Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional work experience
