Position Title:  Principal Engineer ? 7758

 

Position Summary: Working in a multi-discipline team environment on both new product development and

sustaining engineering for existing products, this position will focus on design of motor drivers and flight

control electronic systems.

 

Responsibilities:

*  Primary responsibilities will include design of motor drivers and flight control electronic systems.

*  Interface and make presentations to customers.

*  Will work in a multi-discipline team environment on both new product development and sustaining engineering f

or existing products.

*  Will work on special projects as needed/required.  May require some travel.

 

Requirements:

1.  Bachelors degree (BS) in electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering or a related technical discipline.

2.  10-15 years experience in power electronics, motor drivers, and analog circuitry required.  Digital hardware design

is also preferred.

3.  Knowledge of EMI designs, circuit analysis and simulation, root cause analysis is preferred.

4.  Experience in aerospace industry required, Flight Control and Actuation systems preferred.

5.  Knowledge of VHDL and real time embedded software language such as ?C? is preferred.

6.  Excellent verbal, technical writing, and presentation skills are required
