Perform Product Line Marketing Management functions to develop and sustain the Integrated Communication Solutions (Tactical and Fixed) Product Line. Examples of DoD and U.S. Air Force organizations needing these products: JPO-JTRS, DARPA, JFCOM, DISA, SOCOM, USAF operating forces and USAF Electronic Systems Command. Examples of programs of interest are the Joint Tactical Radio system (JTRS), USAF's Constellation Program and Weapons Data Link initiatives. Products are next generation with medium to high complexity. Major responsibilities and functions include strategic planning, pursuit management and resource management of order input, B&P, IR&D, and STM.

Equivalent Education Level Required -- MBA or MS in applicable discipline.

Experience Required -- Eight (8) years experience with DoD C4 system requirements and programs related to Product Line area.

Knowledge Required -- In-depth knowledge of technology, customers, and competitors and operational deployment and use of products/services in assigned Product Line. Experience with DoD integrated communication networks and weapon systems related to establishing requirements, managing programs and operating systems are highly desirable.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with a security clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance.
