The US101 support capabilities will draw on existing EH101 capabilities and transition or replicate elements of those capabilities in the US to meet the specific needs of each US101 program. The AgustaWestlandBell Product Support Transition Executive will define how and when such support capabilities are to be established.?

Responsibilities

?

The Product Support Transition Executive will lead a small project team to:

? Define the transition action activities and the associated timescales

? Manage the transition activity in order to establish an effective product support organization.? The exit criteria will be when the resources are established and the technical and business processes are in place to:

? Discharge the product support requirements associated with US101 programs

? Achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction

?

Minimum Qualifications

?

? B.S. Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline

? Proven Project Management experience

? Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft support operations

? Self-motivated, hands-on, action oriented style.

? Customer-focused, innovative in solving business problems and challenges.

? Have exemplary inter-personal skills.? Possesses a consensus management style with the ability to lead and motivate a multi-functional and multi-cultural customer service team

? To be resilient under pressure and maintain a clear focus on goals and priorities

? Be comfortable leading an international team and working in a complex international management environment.

? Possess the business expertise and customer support knowledge necessary to establish and build relationships across AWB and strategic partners

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Computer skills ? particularly with MS Office and MS Project

? Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Desired Skills

?

? Expertise in aerospace and defense industry, military hardware systems delivery

? International and Commercial experience

?

Special Considerations:

? Additional working hours/overtime as required

? Ability to travel internationally and domestically sometimes with little notice

?
