The Program Administrator is responsible for low risk programs. Overall responsibility may be for single programs, multiple small programs or a portion of a much larger and complex program. The Program Administrator can be the primary customer contact and the primary responsibility is execution of this program.

At the most basic level the Program Administrator is responsible for program execution by negotiating and controlling the statement of work and requesting the company resources to achieve the schedule, resource, and cost objectives of the company. The Program Administrator is charged with delighting the customer while achieving internal business profitability and business targets on the program(s).

The Program Administrator works to ensure customer needs are met. The Program Administrator interfaces with the customer procurement, program management, and technical organizations to:
1) Ensure we are aligned with the customer program objectives
2) Provide internal business projections
3) Acquire customer forward program projections

AS/BS degree in an engineering discipline, and/or business administration. A minimum of 3 years of program related experience.

Applicant must have interpersonal savvy, significant tact, diplomacy, negotiation and communication skills. Ability to influence others without direct control, learning agility, bias for action, strategic thinking and dealing with ambiguity.
