Program Finance

From the surface of the earth to the vastness of the solar system, Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems Division, located in Azusa, CA is developing cutting-edge technologies for our nation's most critical surveillance and communications centers.

Provide EVMS support to assigned program. Must have a thorough understanding of EVMS including budgeting, variance analysis, scheduling and earned value performance measurement systems and techniques. Possess knowledge of earned value and program control methods and procedures. Will be responsible for working with CAM's and team leads to develop and manage cost and schedules per EVMS guidelines. Assist management in preparation of budgets and schedules for contractual work, performs financial analysis, provides funding profiles, estimate of completions (EAC) and resource requirement projections.

Position requires a Bachelors degree in an appropriate discipline and seven years directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in EVMS and MPM is a must. Winsight and MS Project experience desired. Security Clearance Required.  SAP Knowledge is preferred.
