Program Finance Analyst, Sr.
4 year business degree or equivalent experience. 5 years in Program Finance/Program Control of government contracts. Requires experience as an analyst in charge of developing, tracking, and reporting contract cost data and material analysis. Financial Planning and/or Cost Accounting experience preferred. Must have ability to work with complex Excel spreadsheets.
Provide program financial control for Sea Systems and MobileVu Programs. Primary responsibility for all financial- related aspects of multiple contracts, including budget development and monitoring, cost collection and reporting, ETC and EAC development, profitability analysis, revenue and profit planning, variance analysis, and wide-ranging Program Manager support. Develop booking rates and review monthly receipts/sales/profit bookings. Develop and track risk authorizations. Generate monthly Short Term Forecasts and semi-annual financial plans including annual sales and profit projections. Utilize and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets
