Job Description for: Aerospace and Defense Signal Processing Strategic Programs Manager

 

Responsibilities & Time Allocation

 Program Management of DoD Software Defined Radio focused programs Analysis and Identification of market requirements Work across functional teams to develop new technology in support of DoD SDR applications Waveform/Systems Engineering in support of DoD SDR applications Development of Application/System Solutions for Signal Processing Systems Develop and Manage Strategic customer relationships in support of SDR Industry Standards Bodies and Technical Conference Participation

 

ExperienceMinimum BSEE or equivalent work experience, MSEE preferred 7-10 years Engineering experience Strong background in Programmable Logic Design Experience in designing FPGA-based Signal Processing Systems Thorough understanding of FPGA Development and Verification Practices Well versed in VHDLStrong Signal Processing Background Communication Theory: Mod/Demod, FEC, etc. Experience with Radar, EW, SIGINT Applications Embedded Processing/Co-Processing  Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Existing Clearance Preferred

 

SkillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oral Team player Well Organized Tools: MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, Sysgen Willingness to Travel
