QC Inspector

Large Aerospace company looking for qualified candidates with the following skills:

 Can interpret moderately complex drawings, blueprints, standards, procedures, process specifications and test data for verification purposes.

 Determines methods, operations, sequences, and set ups to inspect in-process and final electronic systems, precision electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Accepts or rejects defective or malfunctioning units or systems. Uses predetermined methods or devise set ups to detect errors, improvises or adapts equipment as needed; and may recommend modifications to correct defects or malfunctioning units or systems.

 Checks components and assemblies for adequate markings/labels.

 Verifies stores/receiving inspection procedures.

 Performs, process, hardware configuration and manufacturing audits.

 Conducts test surveillance and test set verifications.

 Interfaces with manufacturing and engineering personnel concerning quality conformance issues.

 Interfaces with customer representatives during mandatory inspections

 Documents deficiencies in computer database
