We are seeking a Quality Manager.  Objective and responsibilities include:Lead a team in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving Quality Systems Work with manufacturing in improving product quality, scrap reduction, and process improvement Perform internal audits Analyze data through the use of statistical techniques and supplier development

 

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:Technical degree or equivalent and 5-7 years in a manufacturing environment with progressive positions. Working knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 Quality Systems Experience in Aerospace Industry is required Strong computer skills including database and spreadsheet applications Excellent interpersonal communication skills and problem solving abilities including complaint resolution as well as the ability to coordinate root cause/corrective action activities using formal problem solving methodologies Knowledge of statistical techniques (i.e. SPC, Capability Studies) Effective written and verbal communication skills
