Pratt & Whitney Composites, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a qualified Quality Supervisor who can lead a group of Quality Inspectors in both Overhaul & Repair and OEM environments. The qualified candidate will assign daily inspection tasks, mentor and coach direct reports, as well as support the business units with compliance to Pratt & Whitney, engineering and regulatory requirements, including ISO9001, AS9110, and FAA regulations. Responsibilities include participating in the implementation of improved quality systems using continuous improvment tools and methodologies. The successful candidate will be capable of leading others and influencing the implementation of best practices with an emphasis on one company philosophy.

Associates degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment. Supervisory experience desirable. Knowledge and experience working with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
