Metron Aviation is currently seeking a Requirements Analyst who will work closely with external clients and internal project teams to determine needs and effectively document these needs as functional (system) requirements. ??Successful candidate must be able to not only document what is requested, but also be able to determine potential new requirements.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of related working experienceBA/BSExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven capability to work with an external clientPrior experience with requirements documentation following a standardized software development life cycle
