SIGINT Antenna Systems Enginner

We're currently seeking an innovative SIGINT Antenna Systems Engineer to join our unique team as we continue our history of excellence.

 

The SIGINT Antenna Systems Engineer supports the design, development, integration, testing and logistics of radio/wireless intercept/DF collection and processing systems.  This position requires managing and contributing to the design of HF/VHF/UHF antenna systems used to acquire and DF radio signals.  Antenna designs include manpack, vehicle mounted, ship borne and aircraft mounted structures. 

A qualified candidate must have a B.S. and M.S. degree (minimum or equivalent experience) in electrical engineering with emphasis on E&M and antennas.  At least 10 years demonstrated work in antenna design or antenna systems engineering with at least 3 years as a systems engineer is required. Must also have antenna design experience related to HF, VHF and UHF antennas (nominally between 2 MHz and 3 GHz). Demonstrated knowledge of tactical and special SIGINT system design is required, as is working familiarity with E&M tools such as NEC or equivalent and design tools such as Microwave Office or equivalent. Must have good communication skills and team building skills.


Experience in developing requirements, specifications, test plans, test procedures, verification plans is required as well as experience in business capture (briefing customers, preparing white papers, and contributing to proposals).
