SURFACE WARFARE ANALYST

Sonalysts, Inc., is looking for a former Junior Naval Officer with surface warfare experience who is interested in making a difference in designing future training systems. This position focuses on providing technical and analytical support for the design, development and fielding of computer-based training systems for surface ships, and analysis of manpower, personnel, and training requirements for future surface platforms.

Qualifications include: Former Jr. Officer with Bachelors degree or former Sr. Enlisted with Associates degree or equivalent.
Operational experience requirements include: Officers - 4 to 8 years on surface combatants in a combat systems, weapons, or operations department; Senior Enlisted - 8 to 12 years on surface combatants as a workcenter or division supervisor in a combat systems, weapons, or operations department.
Pluses include experience with Aegis combat systems and/or a tour as a Navy instructor. Must be able to think creatively, solve problems, and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
