SCCI is seeking a SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR to join our corporate office in Frederick, Maryland.
Responsibilities include:Perform contract administrationDevelop cost and price proposalsReview, summarize and brief management regarding contract terms and conditionsCoordinate all proposal and contract administration activityDevelop pricing strategies for management review ensuring competitive proposalsProvide advice and guidance to management on contract issuesConduct negotiations of terms and conditionsAssure compliance with industrial and government regulationsEstablishe and maintain appropriate contract reporting systemComply with security requirements.
Requirements include:Bachelor?s degree and ten (10) years experience in administering US Government contracts, including GSA Schedules and all contract types including firm fixed price, cost plus fixed fee, cost plus incentive fee, cost plus award fee and time and material contractsExperience with contract negotiation, pricing and cost proposal development, negotiation of nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements and subcontractsThoroughly knowledgeable and conversant with Government procurement regulations including the FAR, DFARS and agency specific supplementsExperience working with and briefing senior management on contract issuesAbility to interact well with geographically dispersed technical and management staffProficiency with MS Office products
