Senior Functional Intelligence Analyst

**TS/SCI Security Clearance Required **
Candidate must have experience working in the DIA.
The candidate will use his/her knowledge of the client's industry, customers, organizations and business objectives to help develop tailored technical solutions. The candidate will provide functional expertise to all phases and aspects of a project including (but not limited to): requirements, functional design, functional configuration,and testing and documentation. In conjunction with more senior Functional Analysts, the candidate shall develop user mannuals, functional requirements, concepts of operations, technical demonstrations, and design reference scenarios. The candidate will provide, as needed, functional demonstrations and presentations to technical staff and customers.
The candidate should have a complete understanding of the Department of Defense Intelligence Information System Data; specifically, DIA/DoDIIS. Also, the candidate should have full knowledge of both general military intelligence and transnational threats, such as counterterrorism and counterintelligence for use in building exercise scenarios, functional requirements generation and building associated briefings.
The candidate should have strong public speaking and oral and written communication skills. The candidate should be able to explain techincal and military specific information in clear, concise terms.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet elifibility requirements for access to classified information.
