Education

High school education required.

QualificationsAll Microsoft Office applications; Corporate Relocation knowledge preferred; excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task; detail oriented; ability to work well as a team member; event planning experience.

Secondary Skills preferred:
Good interpersonal skills; great customer service; decision making.

 

Primary ResponsibilitiesInitiating new hires into relocation program; invoice approval and use of MS Excel for record keeping purposes; keep manuals up to date; counsel employees regarding relocation; maintain travel records; various administrative duties, i.e., typing, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements; chairing the EAC Events Committee; maintain employee awards program; maintain HR credit card; various administrative duties for the VP of HR and other departments of the HR group.
