Senior Program Control Analyst

We?re currently seeking an innovative Senior Program Control Analyst to join our unique team as we continue our history of excellence.

 

The Senior Program Control Analyst will be responsible for evaluating cost & schedule performance against program objectives for multiple contract types. Tasks include but are not limited to: analyzing program business area and summarizing results to PMO;  establishing and controlling program cost budgets for all contract types; ensuring WBS and Job cost segregation, analyzing production costs and variances, establishing and monitoring inter-company work budgets, managing cost and schedule performance through EVM analysis of performance metrics and EAC projections; reporting cost and schedule performance to the Program Office, Customers, and Senior Management.

 

The qualified candidate will have a BA/BS Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent and at least 5 years DOD acquisition and/or finance background.  Familiarity with government accounting practices/standards, DOD EVMS 5000.2 policies and procedures, and contract pricing under Federal Acquisition Regulations guidelines is required. Experience with Program Control systems such as MPM is highly desirable.  Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.  Strong written and oral communication skills are also needed.  Experience with Costpoint is a plus.
