Senior Software Quality Engineer

We?re currently seeking a highly innovative Senior Software Quality Engineer to join our unique team of talented individuals as we continue our history of success.

 

The Senior Software Quality Engineer will be responsible for SEI CMMI implementation.  The individual will also monitor, inspect and verify software development activities and work products for compliance with applicable software engineering standards and procedures.  The Engineer will review project software documentation for compliance using the projects recording system to record and track documented software problems and their resolutions using rational tools as appropriate.  The qualified candidate will also audit software development processes and assist software development personnel in producing high quality software work products.  The Senior Software Quality Engineer will evaluate software change impacts on quality and interface with customer SQA representatives.

 

A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 7 years of directly related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. SEI CMMI audit certification a major plus. AS9100 experience is highly desirable. Candidate must have strong knowledge of software development processes and implementation experience as outlined in SEI CMMI.
