Sheetmetal Avionics Maintence Technicians

The technicians are responsible for the efficient and economical performance of all assigned maintenance and modification duties.

* Performing maintenance work on aircraft, in or about  shops, maintenance bases and remote sites, including, but not limited to, periodic aircraft service checks, dismantling, overhauling, repairing, fabricating, assembling and erecting all parts of aircraft and aircraft components.

* Performing maintenance work including, but not limited to, dismantling, repairing, fabricating, altering and maintaining all  machinery, ramp equipment, buildings, hangar and fuel dispensing and storage equipment.

* Advising the DOM or Chief Inspector whenever inspection verification is required during maintenance procedures

* Technicians shall not be required to inspect parts, sub-assemblies or completed assemblies, including  aircraft or components parts, except to the extent necessary to determine the quality of his/her work.

* Performing all assigned maintenance duties in accordance with the manufacturer's applicable maintenance manuals, policies, procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).

* Technicians shall be alert and accomplish all work to meet the company standards of quality and workmanship and production control.

*Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours
