This company is heavily involved in the aerospace /avionics industry.
Responsibilities:
Perform and supervise detailed design, code, test, documentation, integration and formal test of software
Performs software requirements analysis and preliminary design for complex programs and modules with several sub modules and interfaces or operating scenarios and definitions.
Conflicting design requirements
Nonstandard interfaces
Difficult coordination requirements
Prepares and participates in design and code walk-through
Cost account Management
Supervision of a team of engineers in the development process
Prepare test plans, test reports and proposals
Plan for hardware/software integration (HSI)
Qualifications
Min. 6 years experience with Software engineering
Bachelors degree in Computer science, engineering, math, or science
Master degree highly desirable
Software development process (MIL-STD-498)
Experience programming in 2 or more higher order languages.
Software Design and documentation
Performs analysis, coding, debugging, testing and documentation of software requirements
Practices total quality and ISO 9001 Principles an concepts
