Sr. Aircraft Structural External Loads Engineer
Job Description: This position is for an experienced Structural External Loads Engineer. Tasks involve generation and validation of flight and ground loads for design and certification of structurally modified airplanes and helicopters. Subtasks include Structural Design Criteria, Structural Loads Analysis, Structural Load Envelopes, Design Load Conditions, Repeated Load Conditions, Finite Element Model Load Cases, Dynamics Analysis, and Certification Documentation. The analyst should be able to handle tasks with minimal direction and guide junior engineers on technical issues. Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
BSME, BSAE + 6 years engineering aircraft structural external loads generation experience. Must be able to work overtime and alternate shifts as required. Must be willing to travel.Must be able to obtain security clearance.
