Sr Engineer-Systems

Description: Responsibility will be in the development of tests for the MK6LE Guidance System. This will be done under direction of people experienced with guidance system tests. The MK6LE Guidance system is a major upgrade to the MK6 guidance system used in the FBM program.

Duties entail,
o Learning the MK6LE Guidance Systems design.
o Proposing test concepts and techniques
o Developing and documenting test requirements, design, test plans, and test procedures
o Validating test design by simulating the tests using the systems simulation environment created for the program.
o Supporting Test Software development
o Using standard system's engineering processes
o Planning and executing experiments in the lab to evaluate the tests, using first (prototype) guidance systems
o Performing functional and performance analysis of test results
o Maintaining cognizance of the tests as the LE program matures

Some travel is expected.

Qualifications:
Masters or Bachelors with min 2 years or equivalent professional work experience.
