Sr. Subcontracts Manager

Our Woodland Hills, CA operation is a leader in design, development, and testing of systems and precision munitions and leading developer and producer of missile weapon systems and electronic support equipment.

 

We are expanding our dynamic, progressive Woodland Hills team with Sr. Subcontracts Manager who can assist us with the following:

 

-Responsible for the management of one or more major subcontractors. Assures that the subcontractor's product meets performance requirements, schedule milestones and budget constraints. Works with program management and REAs to assure program requirements flowdown. Reports directly to the Director, Subcontracts.

 

Experience needed:

-5 years min. direct technical management experience; Responsibility for directing various technical disciplines. Worked on one or more advanced devices (e.g. radar, IR, GPS, digital rcvrs, radomes, etc).

-5 years min. Sr. management experience; Proven track record of managing all disciplines (engineering, finance, business management, contract administration, etc.)

-DoD Secret Clearance.

 

This position requires U.S. citizenship.  Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
